We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting unity and respect among diverse communities through cultural initiatives, educational programs, health and wellness partnerships, and leadership development.
Our goal is to create opportunities for growth, inclusion, and collaboration — building bridges that empower individuals, support community well-being, and strengthen the communities we serve.

MISSION

Intercultural Fest Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to building bridges through diversity, inclusion, education, and community engagement.
Through cultural, health, and leadership programs, we promote community well-being while working hand in hand with Intercultural Fest LLC under the “Under One Flag” initiative.

Intercultural Fest was born in 2016 from the vision of Constanza Sweeney, who transformed her experience as an immigrant into a movement that unites communities through culture, service, and resilience.

Before founding Intercultural Fest, Constanza mobilized communities to support families in crisis, collaborate with hospitals and consulates, and provide humanitarian aid — proving that culture, compassion, and community can save lives and open doors.

To strengthen this mission, she created Intercultural Fest Foundation 501(c)(3), expanding its impact through scholarships, leadership development, cultural programs, and community well-being initiatives, including partnerships that increase access to health and social services.

Together, Intercultural Fest LLC and Intercultural Fest Foundation work with one purpose: to unite communities through culture, education, and community health — all of us under one flag.
